On April 2002, SST was authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation to carry out import and export business covering self-management and import and export agent business of commodities and technologies, the export-oriented processing of imported materials and “three types of processing plus compensation trades”, counter trade and entrepot trade as well as the related consulting services.
